This is a very VERY Swiss dish, a little rustic and comforting. It is a specialty from the Canton (state) of Vaud and is traditionally served with a "Saucisse aux choux". Which is a little bit like a kielbasa sausage but with cabbage. Oh boy how much I wish we could find those sausages in the US...
This is a very simple recipe, only two main ingredients: potatoes and leeks.
Serve is with some sausages, Kielbasa works well, or a ham steak. Or by itself. |
