How it's made
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 420. Wash the vegetables and poke a few holes in the skin with the tip of a sharp knife. Set the vegetables on a baking pan that you would have previously lined with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Cook for about one hour and check the vegetables by gently pressing with a wooden spoon. If they are still hard, cook for a little longer until tender.
  3. Once cool enough to touch you can remove the skin and empty the seeds. That's it!
