
This dish is a big classic in Europe, but we don?t see it that much in the US. It?s easy, yummy, makes great leftovers and freezes like a dream. The classical way to use the sauce is over spaghetti, but I do love these other ways as well:
When I was doing a gluten free diet, I would just eat the sauce by itself, a bit like eating a chili. (it makes you feel a little guilty to eat a sauce by itself, but with no real reasons : )
I like it just like above but with a nice slice of bread!
Great to make stuffed tomatoes, lasagnas, or just served over rice.
